Policies & Procedures
Cancellation Policy
Please call the HOTEL directly to change or cancel your hotel accommodations.
If you need to modify or cancel your GOLF reservation, please call the Pete Dye Clubhouse 765-494-3139. If you cancel within 72 hours, or No Show for your reservation, you will incur a Cancellation Fee of the full amount of the reservation. Cancellations are not accepted for rain or inclement weather. See Severe Weather Policy below.
Severe Weather Policy
If there is severe weather the day of your reservation, please call the Pete Dye Clubhouse 765-494-3139 for course information. Reservations that call to check on the status of the course will receive important information on how to avoid No-Show fees. Cancellations due to course closure will not be charged a cancellation fee. Refunds will not be issued once play has begun. Any rain checks will be issued under the discretion of the BBGC management.
Food & Beverage Policy
All food and beverage, including alcohol, must be purchased from the Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex. Personal carry-on coolers are strictly prohibited.
